Overview

Founded in 2000 to Own and Develop Commercial and Residential Real Estate.  In 2000 Dolliff Properties bought and converted a 28 unit Townhouse project in Eagan to Condominiums.  This was the first large (over 12 units) condo conversion in the Twin Cities in over 20 years.  Since then Dolliff Properties has converted 100 condominium units.  Additionally, in conjunction with Endurance Properties, Dolliff Properties has developed Eagan Station, a 15,000 square foot retail center in Eagan, Minnesota and Natick Promenade, a 55,000 square foot life style center in Suburban Boston.  All of these projects have been very successful and developed strong relationships and Value.  In addition to these developments, the founder, Douglas Dolliff has been in the Commercial Real Estate business for 20 years as a Real Estate Investment Banker working with the premier real estate players and companies in the Twin Cities
